JC/DC London Fashion Week

Following on from yesterday's cartoon post, Jean Charles de Castelbajac, the designer whose diffusion line, shown here, is more helpfully known as JC/DC sent models down the runway looking like this:

Brightly Coloured Youth Tribes!Clowns!
Pocahontas! Love. Athough it's their make-up I'm more interested in. Not one but two types of tribal face paint. I will be doing this hair and make-up on every night out for the rest of the year:
But probably not this, except for the bones painted on to their arms.
Here's Peaches Geldof, who opened the show, pictured with the designer:I'm not a fan of the mouthy one but at least she looks smiley.

Images lifted from Nylon magazine http://www.nylonmag.com/index.php?section=album&albid=335 except for the one captioned 'Pocahontas', which belongs to http://www.julesfashion-univers.blogspot.com, an ace French fashion blog which everyone should read.
